We have temporarily removed the submission form for Windows 8 themes.

As of right now, please upload your Windows 8 themes to rapidshare.com or any other popular upload/download site and post the link to the theme here. Since Windows 8 is not available yet, please only submit Windows 7 themes or Windows 8 themes for XP / Vista, whatever you prefer.
