Store Apps is a great way to get a touch based interface of installing and updating apps in the latest Windows 8. However, if you are encountering difficulties in doing so, it might be due to the Store cache memory, restricting you to making any changes in the Apps. This setting would not delete any of your Apps, but just clear the Store cache memory to perform better functions
1. Press Windows Hot Key + F and type in WSReset.exe. Under apps, you would see wsrest on the left hand side. Click on it.
2. Just by clicking at it, you would get a notification from Store stating that The cache for the Store was cleared. You can now browse the Store for apps. It is as simple as that!
